This page is the full plain-English booking policy. It covers confirmation, payment, rescheduling, cancellation, weather delays, and group-specific rules. If any of this contradicts something on another page, this is the authoritative version.
The short version: you can book without paying upfront, you can reschedule up to 6 hours before pickup without charge, and we refund in full if we cancel the tour for weather or safety. Details below.
Booking & confirmation
WhatsApp confirmation
Every booking is confirmed by name, tour, date, pickup, price on WhatsApp.
Day-before reminder
We message the exact pickup time + driver name the day before the tour.
Pay on the day
No prepayment required — cash or card at end of tour unless you prefer to pay upfront.
Optional deposit
For groups 8+ or VIP bookings, 30% deposit confirms the slot.
Rescheduling
Free up to 6h before
Move your tour to any later date for free up to 6 hours before pickup.
Weather reschedule free
If weather cancels your tour, you can reschedule free — no fee, no hassle.
Illness reschedule free
If you're unwell, don't come — tell us, we'll move you to a later date.
Outside-UAE reschedule
If you have to leave the UAE early, full refund minus 10% admin fee.
Cancellation & refund
Free cancel >24h
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup — zero charge, no questions asked.
50% fee 6–24h
Cancel 6–24 hours before pickup — 50% of tour price as cancellation fee.
Full charge <6h
Cancel less than 6 hours before pickup — full tour price payable (we've prepared slot).
Weather full refund
If we cancel for weather or safety — always full refund or free reschedule.
Frequently asked
Do I need to pay when I book?+
Not usually — we confirm by WhatsApp without prepayment and you pay on the day (cash or card). For groups 8+ we ask for a 30% deposit to secure the slot.
What if the weather is bad on my tour day?+
We'll message you 2 hours before pickup if conditions are unsafe (usually only happens with high winds in balloon season, sandstorms in summer, or exceptional rain). You reschedule free or refund in full.
Can I reschedule to a different tour type?+
Yes — you can move to any other tour we offer, paying the difference if the new tour is more expensive or receiving credit if it's cheaper.
Is there a no-show penalty?+
Yes — if you don't show and don't tell us, the slot is charged in full because we've blocked a driver, vehicle and camp spot for your booking.
