Yes — every review on our public profiles is from a real booked guest. Google, TripAdvisor and our internal survey all have verification against a booking reference.
How do you handle negative reviews?+
We respond publicly within 48 hours, investigate the complaint, and offer a resolution. Our monthly newsletter publishes both the complaint and our response so future guests can see how we handle problems.
Can I leave a review after my tour?+
Yes, please. We'll send a WhatsApp link to the Google review page the day after your tour, and there's an anonymous feedback form if you'd rather not use Google.
What's your refund policy if my tour is bad?+
If you tell us at the end of the tour that you were dissatisfied, we investigate and issue a partial or full refund depending on the nature of the complaint. We'd rather refund and keep your trust.
