How do I book?+
WhatsApp is the fastest way — +971 52 440 9525. You can also call the same number or fill the form on any tour page.
Do I pay when I book?+
No — confirm by WhatsApp without prepayment. Pay on the day (cash or card) after the tour.
Is the pickup really free?+
Yes — free from every standard Dubai, Abu Dhabi (Yas included), and RAK hotel. Only Al Ain and ultra-remote addresses carry a small supplement.
What do I wear?+
Closed-toe shoes (trainers are fine), layered clothing (desert gets cool at night), sunglasses, light jacket. See /blog/what-to-wear-desert-safari/ for the full list.
Is it safe for kids?+
Yes — we run family tours from age 3+. Minimum ages per activity: safari 3+, camel 3+, quad passenger 8+, quad driver 16+, dune buggy 8+, dirt bike 16+, balloon 5+.
What if the weather is bad?+
We cancel for safety and refund in full or reschedule free. Wind, rain, and sandstorms are the usual reasons.
Is travel insurance enough?+
Check your policy's 'extreme sports' exclusions — some policies exclude dune bashing and quad biking. Our own third-party insurance covers the tour side.
Do you provide helmets and safety gear?+
Yes — helmets, goggles, gloves and full briefings are included with every motorised tour. Boots for dirt biking only.
Can I bring my own GoPro?+
Yes — personal action cameras welcome. Drones need a permit (we can coordinate).
How long is an evening safari?+
About 6 hours total: 3pm pickup, 4pm dune bashing, 5pm camel/sunset, 6–9pm camp dinner and shows, 9:30pm drop-off.
Can I be vegetarian / vegan / halal?+
Yes — all camps serve halal by default and offer vegetarian and vegan options. Tell us about allergies in advance.
Is it wheelchair accessible?+
Safari yes (adapted 4WD with ramp), dune bashing and buggies no. See /accessibility/ for full details.
Do you offer night tours?+
Yes — overnight desert camping and nighttime camel walks are available year-round.
Can I combine tours?+
Yes — our /combos/ page shows the bundled packages, or we can quote custom combos on WhatsApp.
What's the best time of year?+
November to March is the desert high season — cool, pleasant, classic golden-hour weather.
