Careers
Desert guide jobs, trainee programme, office and coordinator roles. We hire UAE residents year-round.
Working as a desert guide in Dubai
If you love being outdoors, enjoy meeting people from everywhere, and don't mind heat, sand, and working the golden-hour shift — being a Dubai desert guide is a great job. We currently employ around 40 people across guides, drivers, mechanics, booking coordinators and admin. Most of our guides are UAE residents with a background in 4x4 off-roading, hospitality, or outdoor adventure.
We run a trainee guide programme for new entrants with no desert experience — 3 months of paid training, shadowing, first-aid certification, and then a guaranteed guide role if you pass the standards. Benefits include medical insurance, end-of-service gratuity, annual leave, and free use of our fleet on days off.
