There's a reason every major Dubai company eventually books a desert team-building day — it works. The desert is a genuinely new environment for almost everyone, which resets team hierarchies, creates shared stories, and ends with everyone around the same fire at the same camp. We've designed corporate desert days for banks, law firms, tech companies, consultancies, hotel groups, and one major airline.

Every corporate booking includes a dedicated event coordinator, custom branding (banner, table settings, optional swag), private camp section, and a full risk-assessed programme.

Do you issue a full VAT invoice?+

Yes — full tax invoice from our UAE-registered entity with our TRN (tax registration number). Your finance team will have everything they need.

Can you host our whole company (200+ people)?+

Yes — we've done events for 200+ before with the right advance notice (ideally 4 weeks). Very large events need custom logistics and we'll plan with your team.

Can we bring our own food / caterer?+

Possible with a supplement — our Bedouin camp's kitchen is licensed and prefers to cater the BBQ, but for dietary-specific events we can coordinate with an external approved caterer.

Do you sign a corporate contract / MSA?+

Yes — for recurring clients we sign a Master Services Agreement with your procurement team, including liability and insurance clauses.
