What's actually on the BBQ buffet

Desert safari with dinner is the default — every evening safari we run includes an unlimited BBQ buffet at the Bedouin camp. The grill opens at 19:00 and runs until ~21:00, so even late arrivals still eat hot. Menu is halal mixed grill (chicken tikka, shish taouk, beef), plus rice, salads, mezze, Arabic sweets and a full vegetarian tray.

Soft drinks, water, Arabic coffee and dates are free and unlimited. Alcohol is available at the camp for an extra charge.

Is the BBQ dinner halal?+

Yes — all meat is 100% halal certified. The grill is separate from the vegetarian prep station.

Is there a vegetarian option?+

Yes — full vegetarian tray with mains, rice and salads. Vegan is possible if requested at booking (no dairy).

Is alcohol served at dinner?+

Yes — available at the evening camp for adults, at an extra charge, not included in the package price.

Can I have seconds?+

Yes — the BBQ is unlimited, the grill runs continuously from 19:00 to ~21:00. Eat as much as you like.
