What's actually on the BBQ buffet
Desert safari with dinner is the default — every evening safari we run includes an unlimited BBQ buffet at the Bedouin camp. The grill opens at 19:00 and runs until ~21:00, so even late arrivals still eat hot. Menu is halal mixed grill (chicken tikka, lamb kofta, shish taouk, beef), plus rice, salads, mezze, Arabic sweets and a full vegetarian tray.
Soft drinks, water, Arabic coffee and dates are free. Alcohol is not served — this desert zone operates under an alcohol-free licence.

No. The desert camp operates under an alcohol-free licence in line with the land-use permit in this zone.
