Does the price include hotel pickup?

Yes, all dune buggy Dubai package prices include air-conditioned hotel pickup and drop-off from central Dubai zones — Downtown, Marina, JBR, Palm, Business Bay, Al Barsha, Deira. Pickups from Sharjah, Ajman or more distant areas may add a small supplement.

Is VAT included in the listed prices?

Yes. All prices shown on this page are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of any applicable 5% VAT. There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

Can I pay in USD, EUR or GBP?

Yes. Payment is accepted in AED, USD, EUR and GBP, as well as via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Foreign currency conversions follow the rate on the day of booking.

Do children get a discount?

Yes. Children aged 8 to 12 typically receive a 20–30% discount on the adult passenger price. Under 8 is not permitted. Discount applies to guided tours only — self-drive requires 18+.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled subject to availability. Weather-related cancellations (sandstorms, extreme conditions) are always fully refundable or rescheduled free of charge.
