Can I pick a specific tour for the gift?+

Yes — the voucher can be tied to a specific tour (e.g., 'Good for one evening safari') or it can be a monetary amount the recipient redeems freely. Your choice.

What if the recipient can't use it within 12 months?+

Message us. We'll extend on a case-by-case basis, especially if there's a genuine reason (illness, visa delays, etc). We don't want to keep money for a tour that never happened.

Can I cancel a voucher and get a refund?+

Yes — unredeemed vouchers are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, they're non-refundable but stay valid for 12 months.
