Why is pickup at 04:00 and not 06:00?+
Because inflation and safety checks take ~45 minutes, and the pilot wants you airborne by first light. If we picked you up at 06:00, sunrise would already be over.
Can I photograph from the basket?+
Yes — the basket is open on top. Bring a neck strap so you don't drop your camera.
Do I need to book far in advance?+
October to April winter slots fill 2–3 weeks ahead on weekends. Weekday mornings are easier — often bookable 48 hours out.
What happens if the sunrise is cloudy?+
Flights still run in light cloud. We only cancel for high wind, rain or low cloud ceiling. Partial cloud can actually create better light.
