Frequently asked

How long is the drive from JBR to the desert?+

About 45–60 min. Traffic in central Dubai can add 10–15 minutes at peak hours. We plan for that in the pickup time.

Can I be picked up at a different time from what's standard?+

Yes — we adjust pickup to your hotel's location and your tour slot. If you want extra time for photos, or you have mobility needs, tell us and we'll schedule accordingly.

Is the pickup actually free, or is there a hidden fuel charge?+

Genuinely free. The price you see on the tour page is everything — pickup, fuel, driver, tour, return, refreshments as per the package. No fuel surcharges, no tolls to add.

What if I have heavy bags or equipment?+

Our 4WDs have plenty of space — tripods, camera bags, car seats, wheelchairs (partial), strollers, small suitcases all fit. Just tell us on WhatsApp so we can confirm.
