Is 1 hour the right length for quad biking in Dubai?
For most riders — yes. A 1-hour quad biking session is our most-booked package because it is the Goldilocks window: 30 minutes is too short to get past the nervous phase, and 2 hours can start to tire shoulders and wrists for first-timers. In 60 minutes you get a full briefing, two photo stops, one deep-dune section and enough ride time to actually trust the quad. All in for AED 250 per rider, door-to-door is around three hours with pickup included.
What's inside your 60 minutes
Flat section, no dunes. You get comfortable with the throttle, brakes and steering. Guide rides next to you.
Guide opens up the terrain. You climb your first 15-metre dune face, crest it, descend into a bowl.
Ridge-line panorama. Phones out, drone drops in for the group shot. Water break.
The big lines. Long sweeping bowl carves, some genuine adrenaline. This is where the grinning starts.
Second photo stop, then a relaxed ride back to base. Cold towel waiting.
1-hour quad FAQs
Is 1 hour really enough?+
It is the sweet spot. Long enough to move past the nervous phase and feel confident on the quad, short enough that shoulders and wrists don't start complaining. This is our most-booked session for a reason.
What does 1 hour cost?+
From AED 250 per rider on our standard 450cc Yamaha fleet. Yamaha Raptor 700 and Banshee 350 are available from AED 350. Fuel, helmet, goggles, gloves, lead guide, insurance and hotel pickup are all included.
How long is door-to-door?+
About 3 hours. Pickup 45 min each way, check-in and briefing 15 min, the 60-minute ride, cold drink stop at the end. Guests near Dubailand/Meydan can compress to 2.5 hours.
Is 1 hour good for first-timers?+
Yes — it is our most-recommended duration for first-timers specifically. 30 minutes is over before the nerves settle; 2 hours gets tiring. 60 is the Goldilocks window.
