Quad Biking Safety
The briefing, the kit, the fleet checks and the emergency plan that sit behind every ride we run.
Our five-layer safety model
Every quad rider who boards a Raptor with us passes through five protection layers: a pre-ride briefing, a fitted DOT-rated helmet and gloves, a walk-around check of the machine they're about to ride, a lead-and-sweep guide system on the dunes, and a support 4WD within a 5-minute radius at all times. We run this same protocol for a 30-minute taster, a half-day expedition or a private group — nothing gets stripped out for speed.

Insurance & emergency
Insurance cover: Third-party liability and guest-accident cover apply to every rider on every booking. We are a DTCM-licensed operator; our cover is active from the moment you sign the liability waiver until the moment the last quad is parked.
First-aid: Every guide carries a basic first-aid kit. The main camp has a burn kit, an eye-wash station and a defibrillator.
Emergency protocol: If a rider needs urgent assistance, the sweep guide stays with them, the lead guide radios the camp, and our support 4WD is on-scene in under 5 minutes. Dubai Health Authority ambulance response time to the Lahbab camp gate is under 20 minutes.
When we stop riding: Visibility under 500 m, surface temperature above 52°C, wind over 45 km/h, or a lightning alert within 10 km — we cancel and reschedule at no cost.
