These are the plain-English terms and conditions for our gift vouchers. The main things to know: 12 months validity from purchase, fully transferable, refundable within 14 days, and top-up compatible if the recipient picks a more expensive tour.
If anything about vouchers is unclear, message us on WhatsApp and we'll clarify. We want people to actually use their vouchers — not argue about the small print.
The main rules
12-month validity
Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Extensions on request.
Transferable
Can be gifted on, split between people, or redeemed by someone other than the original recipient.
Top-up compatible
If the chosen tour is more expensive, just pay the difference.
14-day refund
Unredeemed vouchers refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.
No cash out
Vouchers can't be redeemed for cash — only for tour bookings.
Combinable with offers
Can be combined with group rates, combo discounts and seasonal offers.
Edge cases
Expired voucher
Email or message us — we usually extend on a case-by-case basis if there's a reason.
Lost voucher code
No problem — we look up the original purchase email and resend the PDF.
Partial redemption
Can redeem part of the value on one tour and keep the rest for another.
Lost recipient
If the recipient can't be found, the buyer can redeem it themselves.
Price drop
If a tour's price drops, the voucher covers more — no clawback.
International buyer
Buyer outside the UAE can still purchase — vouchers work regardless of location.
Frequently asked
What if the recipient never uses the voucher?+
Unredeemed vouchers automatically expire at 12 months. We email the recipient at 11 months as a reminder. If they still don't use it, we keep the funds to cover our operating cost of holding the balance.
Can I buy a voucher in a different currency?+
Yes — we invoice in USD, EUR, GBP on request. The redemption value is always AED-denominated, converted at the rate on purchase day.
Is there a minimum voucher amount?+
Yes — AED 150 minimum (the price of our cheapest tour — a short camel ride).
Can I print the voucher?+
Yes — the PDF is designed for A4 / Letter printing in full color. Some buyers print and frame them as a physical gift.
