What is the Private Classic Evening VIP?

The Private Classic Evening is our flagship evening experience. You get the entire Evening Desert Safari + BBQ program — dune bashing, camel, sandboarding, tanoura, fire show, belly dance, henna — but with a dedicated 4WD for your group only and a private Bedouin majlis at the camp. Your server stays with your table all evening.

The premium BBQ menu replaces the standard buffet: prawns, premium steaks, grilled seafood, gourmet salads, premium dessert board, and a seasonal fruit platter. Non-alcoholic pairings included (mocktails, fresh juices, specialty coffees). Alcohol and shisha are available at the private majlis for an extra charge.

Price is AED 1,399 per vehicle for up to 6 guests — works out to AED 233 per person for a party of 6 (close to shared evening rate of AED 240, but with private majlis, premium menu and dedicated service). Perfect for honeymooners, proposal setups, anniversaries and small celebration groups.

Safety First

VIP Doesn't Mean Compromise on Safety

Every Private VIP driver holds full DTCM accreditation and Lahbab-specific certification. Each Land Cruiser is serviced to the same standard as the shared fleet — functional seatbelts on all seats, first-aid kit in every vehicle. Booster seats available on request for kids.

Privacy works in favour of safety — the driver can adjust dune-bashing intensity to your group without awkward negotiation. Pregnant guests, elderly travelers or anyone with back/neck concerns gets the gentle-drive option automatically. Alcohol and shisha are available at the private majlis for an extra charge, supervised by licensed staff.

How much is the Private Classic Evening VIP?+

AED 1,399 per vehicle — not per person. Up to 6 guests ride in the same dedicated 4WD and share the same private majlis. For a party of 6 that works out to AED 233 per person. For 1–2 guests the shared Evening + BBQ at AED 240 per adult is far cheaper.

How many guests can use one private majlis?+

Up to 6 guests per vehicle/majlis. Larger groups book additional vehicles at AED 1,399 each. Kids count toward the 6-seat limit.

What's different vs the shared Evening + BBQ?+

Private 4WD (no other families), private Bedouin majlis (privacy screens), dedicated server all evening, premium BBQ menu (prawns, premium steak, dessert board), flexible pickup 14:30–16:00, custom itinerary. The core programme — dune bash, camel, sandboarding, entertainment — is the same.

Can I arrange a proposal or anniversary setup?+

Yes. Rose petals, candles, signage, cake with personalised message, photographer, videographer, live oud/violin/saxophone — arrange on WhatsApp when booking. Add-on fees apply.

What's the premium BBQ menu?+

Prawns, premium steak cuts, grilled seafood, gourmet salads, premium dessert board, seasonal fruit platter. Non-alcoholic mocktails and specialty coffees included. Tell us at booking if you need strict veg, vegan, halal, gluten-free or nut-free.

Is alcohol available?+

Yes — alcohol is available at the private majlis for an extra charge, not included in the package price. Mocktails, fresh juices, soft drinks, Arabic coffee and tea are all included and unlimited.

Cancellation policy?+

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — full refund. After 24 h we hold the deposit and reschedule within 30 days. Same-day cancellation forfeits the deposit.
